WThis is an easy take on a beverage found on the seasonal cocktail list. Designed as a batch pre-mixed which is packed with the tastes of a Christmas time, which makes it ideal for your holiday party. Any leftover citrus syrup you can use for morning drinks, desserts, or for another batch of bikinis.

Serves 10 guests
To make the Citrus Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
To make the Drink (makes 850ml, serving 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (as made above)
Fresh cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Instructions
To prepare the Cordial: Combine all the ingredients inside a saucepan, heat until it reaches a light boil, mixing to dissolve. After that, turn off the burner and let it to reach room temperature entirely. Transfer into a sterilised bottle, close it and store chilled, it will last for about four weeks.
To make Premix: Pour the specified spirits and syrup in a large bottle, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then strain best through cheesecloth, making it completely strained.
For serving: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base into a mixing glass filled with ice, gently stirring lightly for a minute to cool it down. Pour into an frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, garnish with some cranberries and finish with a quick spritz of mandarin oil over the drink.
