Los Angeles experienced citywide celebrations after the Dodgers won a thrilling seven-match World Series title. Fans across the globe united with Angelenos in celebration, marking the initial time in 25 years that a team has achieved consecutive championships.
Victory Parade Draws Enormous Crowds
Los Angeles area celebrations included a downtown parade on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at the team's home stadium, and impromptu gatherings across the city.
Online footage show thousands of Los Angeles residents packing city center avenues, many displaying homemade signs and team flags. The team was seen riding high on a double-decker bus through the masses, hoisting the Commissioner’s trophy high.
“My focus is already about the next championship we’re going to do this,” Shohei Ohtani remarked through an interpreter.
The procession path concluded at Dodger Stadium, where the players emerged to the rapper’s “Not Like Us,” with the renowned DJ spinning music and Ice Cube driving a Pacific blue classic car around the field.

Celebrations began prior to the procession, with Dodgers fans setting off flares in the roads of the city center on the previous evening.
The World Series MVP, awarded the MVP of the championship, commented plainly about the win.
“We refuse to lose,” Yamamoto stated. “I love the Dodgers. This city means everything to me.”
