Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the current investigative release.
